“After receiving estimates from a few contractors, we hired Nu Look Remodeling. Their estimate was reasonable, their professionalism, courtesy, responsiveness and overall knowledge was A+. Jim Alber was extremely helpful with all aspects of the building process and offered advice and suggestions from start to finish. Jim was on hand during the entire build. Any additional costs were advised to us in advance so no surprises at the end. This addition was being built for my Mother to move into our home. We wanted her to have her own bedroom, bathroom and sitting area. From the blueprints through the final nail being hit, Jim was always available for our questions. Jim never beat around the bush and if we had any issues (we had very few) he not only told us straight out but gave us reasonable solutions. “We chose to hire Nu Look Remodeling after our plumber brought Jim in to complete the tile work for our bathroom remodel. Jim and his crew have done every other home project for us since: a tile floor in our kitchen, crown molding in the living and dining rooms, new window and floor trim/molding throughout the house, and new front and patio doors. They also added a beautiful new deck at our daughter’s house.
All the work was done on time and finished to perfection. They come out when they say they are coming. The quote they give you stays the same (unless something unforeseen happens). They are neat and stay with a job until it is finished.
